This beginning course in Mohawk provides the pronunciation, grammar, sentence structures and vocabulary needed to communicate in everyday situations. Cultural linguistic differences are taught in this course which highlights the fact that the Mohawk language does not focus on material objects such as shirt, dress, etc. Developed at the Centre for the Research and Teaching of Canadian Native Languages, University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario, Canada, the program presents the language in a clean and aesthetic fashion for easy comprehension and learning. 3 CDs and a 112 page text book.
